PE and Sport are a very important part of our curriculum. We aim to offer a wide range of experiences so all pupils can participate in interschool and intraschool sporting events, enjoying physical activity. The academy currently holds the Gold school games mark and is applying for Platinum status this year.
In line with the academy's Christian ethos we aim to be inclusive in our offer and want all pupils to have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of sport. Sporting behaviour, effort and the contribution sport makes to a healthy lifestyle are valued highly.
Below is our review of how we used the Sports premium to support the continued development of PE and sport within the school. Our plan for next year will be published for the start of the Autumn term.
